in case anyone has a problem making the phone appear on the page, highlight the box around the web address, (by clicking in the box beyond the text,) and hit the "enter" or "return' button and the phone will appear
you also have to type in the verification number in the little pop-up window that appears after you hit the send button- try it- you'll see.............
